Shara Leone Harper is my name (Harper is my married name).

I was born in Nambour, Queensland in 1983 (that makes me 28). I have lived on the Sunshine Coast for the majority of my years, but have spent some time in other places.

In March, 2006, I moved to the Whitsunday's for the second time and ended up on Hamilton Island. This is where I met Kaleb and we married in June 2007. 9 months and 2 weeks! later Roman joined our family. We stayed on Hamilton Island until September 2009 and then moved to the Sunshine Coast. Leo joined us in April, 2011.

I was a party girl pre-marriage but soon saw the light and now I spend my days crafting, raising our children and learning the art of domesticity!

I couldn't cook to save myself before we got married and so, out of necessity, when we dropped to one income, I had to learn. There was lots of burning (still is) of food and pots and pans, but I have reached a place now where I find it absolutely enjoyable. I also have my own budding Masterchef and encourage Roman to help with the cooking as much as he wants.

I also learnt to Crochet last year and now I am addicted!! I only wish we lived in a climate that needed woolen clothes!

Other things I am passionate about are Marriage, Gentle Parenting, Natural Birth, Breastfeeding, Babywearing and Frugal Homemaking.
