Kaleb usually works Saturdays and Sundays, so our family weekends are spent together on a weekday. This is fine by me, as there is never a crowd anywhere midweek. Like today's trip to the beach. Roman has been asking for days, but this darned toothache has been holding me back. However, today had been going so well (smooth run at the grocery store, and then a successful, no tears swimming lesson with Roman) that I thought, what the heck, let's go!!
A decision I'm glad we made, one of my favourite family days in a long time!
Of course both the boys fell asleep on the way home, the beach will do that to you...
