It is getting decidedly chillier here in the evenings. Wonderful wool working weather! So, May will be the month of getting crochet/knit projects finished. I have a few things on the go that I want to get done.
- Roman's Ripple Blanket (almost halfway of a single bed size)
- Leo's Cutie Patootie Pants (only have the waistband done)
- Crochet TV Cozy/Cover (so close it's not funny)
- Rainbow Cowl (2.5 feet done of 8 feet)
- Beacon Street Cloche (haven't started but have all the wool ready to go)
I haven't been doing any reading this week. I've usually been falling into bed right after the children.... I must need the sleep!!

PS. Head over the Small Things for some more woolly wonders!

Just popped in to say 'hi'--I've had elephants on the brain lately, and noticed your blog-name!!!
ReplyDeleteHi Steph! It's from an old kids song I remember from childhood!
DeleteLooks like it's going to be a beautiful blanket...I've never made anything that big! Every time I do, I stop short, deciding to have just a square one. ♥
ReplyDeleteI am at that point now, It's almost square and I'm tempted to finish at that, but I really can see the end product in my mind and I know it will look great on Roman's bed!!
DeleteYou may not be reading a lot but you certainly are getting a lot of yarny things accomplished! I haven't been so great with the reading either lately. I always fall asleep!
ReplyDeleteI definitely go through phases with reading!! I'd rather get the sleep at the moment!!
DeleteThat's a gorgeous blanket
