Yarn Along

I finally finished my Critron Shawl this week! I called it "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter". This project was so slow going at the end... all that single crochet!! And then I didn't have enough wool to do 6 repeats and edging, so had to stop at 5 repeats and edging.

I really loved using Quince and Co and will definitely purchase from there again. All of their colours are very much in the palette that I love. I have 2 other projects at the moment, that I am using their wool for, can't wait to show you!!

As for reading, I'm still gleaning so much from Plain Wisdom. Such a great book to pick up and quickly read a bit here and there, as the sections are so small!

  5. I am also knitting with Quince and Co yarn this week, it is lovely! I love that yellow you chose. I was looking for a coaster pattern on Ravelry when I saw the Citron there (!?). It made me chuckle, it is kinda big for a coaster, isn't it?
