Yarn Along

I'm successfully sticking to one project at a time!! Currently I'm working on a pair of Birchbark Longies for Roman. For next Winter of course. These are knit in Bendigo Luxury 10ply Forest, the contrast stripe is Bracken. I've done one leg and I'm about halfway through the second.

Roman seems to slowly be changing his whole wardrobe to only green clothing! I think it's cute, but not quite sure what we'll do, if tomorrow he decides he doesn't like green anymore!

As for reading, I'm still slowly working through these two books: The Dance of the Dissedent Daughter and On The Banks of Plum Creek.... I think I've lost my interest in them, but I'm close to finishing both, so I think I'll just put my knitting aside and devote the rest of my spare moments this week to them. (It's not a reflection on the books of course, more like my brain is still in the 'I've just had a baby fog').

  1. Hopefully the green phase will last a while. I know with my children I usually managed to get at least one season out of a color obsession.
