8 Bandana bibs for a very drooly Caspian! These were such a fun, quick project and now he has one for every occasion ;)
How handsome does Roman look in this vest? Pity I forgot to add the seam allowance and it's way to small for him or Leo! Back to square one!
In other news, Leo pulled a wrought iron bed frame on himself last Thursday afternoon, which saw us taking a trip into the medical centre. Thankfully nothing serious, no stitches, just a huge bruise!
He's so full of rough and tumble energy, this almost 3yr old boy. I'm so exhausted by days end and have been reading up on parenting the strong willed child. Any tips or book suggestions?

Love the pictures of Caspian and Roman - my goodness, they are both getting so big!
ReplyDeleteSo glad Leo was only bruised- how scary. The only advice I have for you is to be careful about what you read! So many conflicting advice books. I found myself flip-flopping in dealing with my littles based on what I had read at the time. I finally gave up and went with my gut: eye-level, firm, but soft voice and no ridiculous threats that I couldn't possible follow-through on. Follow-through is the biggest thing. So I guess my advice would be: Mean what you say and say what you mean; and follow through. (so much for not having advice, huh?!)
I will keep you all in our prayers over here!

Poor little man! Glad to hearing it wasn't as bad as it looked. How precious are those bibs?! I agree...mean what you say, say what you mean and tons of praise for good behavior. Hope everyone has a great week.
