Homemade Toys







Two lovely toys I've been wanting to make for a long time. 

Wooden gnomes and a knitted farm playmat. 

This was Leo's birthday gift along with the timber treehouse from Spiral Garden. All of the materials for the gnomes came from Indigo Inspirations on Etsy. I found a basic tutorial for their clothes on Pinterest. I used scrap wool from my stash for the knitted farm. Again lots of great inspiration on Pinterest.

I think I might knit some little farm animals as well...

    Gorgeous! I love making little gnomes. Indigo Inspirations is great. I got a wonderful knitting toadstool a few years ago.

    Oh so whimsical Mama Shara. Lovely handmade gifts for the little one. Indigo inspirations is my favourite 'local' shop for felt and crafting for my big one:)
