Pinspiration 1

Do you love Pinterest? I do. I could just pin and pin and pin. I've started a new board called Pinterest Challenge. You see, I love looking over all my boards for inspiration, but rarely make anything, so I thought I could start with some of the simpler projects and go from there. Like this one. A simple granny square cowl, and the bonus is I get to use up some of my stash for it!

Here is my first square:



It's about 20cm x 20cm. I'm not sure how many I need yet, but I'm starting with 8, as I'd love to wrap it around my neck twice. I have plenty of brown, so I can add more rows with that if I need to increase the size.

PS: Baby Leo is walking! well a few steps here and there, just shy of 15 months. He laughs and claps when he does it, he thinks it's pretty wonderful, as do we!

    I haven't explored Pinterest, mainly because I think that I would like it .. lol. There are wayyyyy too many time-wasters out there at the moment for me, including reading lots of other blogs!

    I love pinterest... I probably spend way too much time there but I have gotten so many great ideas and found so many lovely things.

    I love the colours in your square... it sounds like it will be perfect for fall!
