The road leading up the side of our mountain comes alive at this time every year. Beautiful yellow wildflowers everywhere you turn.
Today, after dropping the big boys at my Mums house, I found a safe spot to pull over and pick myself a few stems.
Adding in some golden foliage from my own garden, I placed some sunshine goodness on our nature table.
He has not arrived yet, but I'm sure King Winter is not far away....
