We've succumbed this week to the dreaded cold & flu season! Apart from Roman, that is, who seems to have a superhuman ability to avoid sickness! I've held out pretty well myself, a few sniffles mostly for me, but I've got a feeling that will all give way once the other two boys have mended.

 I've been taking some Garlic, Echinacea, Zinc & C supplements, eating citrus and I've ordered some Cold & Flu Blitz tea (especially for pregnant Mamas) from my herbalist. While I know rest is important, it's the hardest thing to get with two small ones up through the night with fevers & coughing episodes. I try and take a nap each afternoon once Kaleb is home from work.

I have been doing a little sewing, mostly just piling fabrics together and thinking of possibilities. Like: would my boys wear floral, even if it's blue? Caspian wouldn't care of course, Leo might, Roman is a definite no!

We've been having cold, rainy days this week. Looking out through our bedroom window to the lush green tree ferns.
