Winter Sun and a New Recipe

 I made some scrumptious Sweet Potato Hummus. You can find the recipe HERE.


Today we continued to enjoy beautiful Winter weather. Crisp, clear blue skies and lovely warm sun.




I really love Sunday afternoons!

    We love hummus around here so I think I will be adding this one to the list.
    I made something similar a while ago with carrot from the Veg Everyday book from River Cottage. Yum.
